GRC Love Life Seniors Festival Launch 2019

The Georges River Council Love Life Seniors Festival Launch 2019 is held in the Hurstville Entertainment Centre's Marana Auditorium.

The 2019 event will feature one of Australia's pioneers of Rock 'n' Roll Lonnie Lee and his band the Leemen, plus Cultural Entertainment, a fun photo booth, light refreshments and loads of information for Seniors.

Lonnie Lee is one of Australia's pioneers of Rockabilly and Rock 'n' Roll music.

His career now spans 60 years and at the peak of his career, Lee had 8 top 100 singles, which included three top 20's - "Ain't It So", "Starlight Star Bright" and "I Found A New Love".

Along with his band, the Leemen, featuring drummer Leon Isackson (Johnny O'Keefe, Delltones, Mighty Guys), bassist Alan Freeman (Delltones) and guitarist Brian Dean, the show will take you back to the good ol' days of Rockabilly and Rock 'n' Roll, and have you dancing your bobby soxs off!

Admission is FREE by obtaining a ticket through the link below.
